We had a great stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable, and its facilities are complete. The parking is very convenient, and the breakfast was appetizing. The staff was accommodating and kind. The location is strategic, just a short walk to the nearest metro station. Also, the hotel is very close to the exhibition area and fairgrounds, making it an excellent option for the visitors.
Nothing to dislike. Everything was exceptional in this city, from the beautiful views to amazing food.

Not very good to stay as far from transport connection. Even you have to call taxi which arrives with 15 euro meter Reading

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.
There is no tea / coffee facilty in the room.

Quietness -Space-proximity
Balneotherapy system of my tube exploded. Water spread into the room. Hotel was full. Without talking to me I announce the day after that I may pay for flooding.This is not professionnal. Nobody could find replacement room and I had to sleep in humid room. Consideration of customer and his word is poor:

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was amazing! the staff was friendly and helpful. the suite was spacious and clean with a beautiful Jacuzzi. the restaurant had a good selection of dishes. Best of all, the hotel shuttle was always ready to take us to the nearby metro station which was only 15-20 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.
The location was a bit odd and far away from the city center. the hotel did not have a spa or gym, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Located near the exhibition center, this hotel has easy access to several metro stations, a parade of shops and a shuttle service to Biscieglie tube station. Clean and tidy rooms with good facilities. Staff is friendly and the food in the restaurant is very good.
The hotel could benefit from a renovation to remove any old or unpleasant smells.

The hotel was close to the highway and had free shuttle service to the nearest train station. The room was tidy and had a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the delicious food in the hotel restaurant.
The breakfast was very poor with little variety. It felt isolated and hard to get around without a car.
